Letter Writing Solutions (LWS) started as a personal idea in 2017 and became more of a formalized business idea in 2019.  In a nutshell, our clients use our time and skills to write customized letters and correspondence for them to accomplish their tasks and goals.  LWS grew out of the notion that all people have concerns, lingering tasks, and unresolved problems that need to be addressed and accomplished; and the most effective and powerful way to address them was through language: more specifically, the art and science of negotiation and persuasion through written words.  

 

We believe written language is more powerful than other forms of communication and is a useful tool in accomplishing many tasks and goals as well as resolving short-term and long-standing problems.  It documents and memorializes events and ideas.  Based on our years of experience and positive results, written words are more persuasive because there is no element of distraction such as during a personal conversation.  Your thoughts are received in whole by the reader for its full meaning and effect without the risk of being distracted, interrupted, disconcerted, or abashed in order to persuade or influence the reader to act in your favor or behalf and toward your desired goal.  Written language is the ultimate form of communication if delivered in a suitable style with powerful words at the opportune time.  

 

Consider the occasion where you want to ask your boss for a raise; your landlord to lower your rent; or someone to listen to your appeal for a denied claim, permit, or visa; a large medical or dental bill you want reduced or forgiven; among countless others.  The likelihood of getting a favorable answer when you ask verbally is very low.  It takes much more effort to convince the listener to act in your favor if for the simple fact you were not persuasive in your verbal delivery.  You would likely not have a second chance at that moment to re-gather your thoughts and redeliver the message into a more cogent and convincing manner.  It would be awkward at best.
